Sacred Folio (the "Service") is a subscription research product operated by Quanta Technologies LLC ("we," "us," "Quanta"). Subscribers gain tier-gated access to a research catalog, live forecasting tools, weekly cycle digests, and (where applicable) a community channel. The Observer tier is free; paid tiers (Mariner, Voyager, Navigator) carry a monthly subscription fee processed through Stripe.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We log access events for fraud prevention and audit purposes.
Paid tiers renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel from /account or by emailing support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases of duplicate billing or unintended renewal within 14 days.
Research catalog content, methodology papers, the cycle-detection software, and the forecasting models are the property of Quanta Technologies. Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable license to read, reference, and discuss this content. Republication, resale, or redistribution to non-subscribers is prohibited without written permission.
You agree not to: scrape the Service in violation of robots.txt; share account credentials; redistribute paywalled content; or use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm other subscribers or Quanta.
The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Quanta is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Maximum liability is capped at the amount paid by the subscriber in the prior 12 months.
We do not sell your data. We do not share personal data with advertisers or third-party data brokers.
You can request a data export or full account deletion by emailing contracts@quantatechnologies.com. Account deletion removes your authentication record and personal fields; payment history is retained for legal/tax compliance per the requirements of our payment processor.
